Sweet Summer

I know it has been a hot minute since I have blogged  but.... I’m gonna try my hardest to keep up with it this summer.  We have a lot going on but I figure this would be a good outlet for me to try and keep things normal during the craziness.
In the mean time here is a cute little outfit perfect for the 4th of July coming up. We love June and January for the summer and their crop tops and variety shorts are a definite staple for us. I’m usually not big on crazy busy prints but this poppy star is amazing to watch fireworks in!
These heart shaped sunglasses so so cute and so cheap from amazon I couldn't resit them esp with these freakin adorable clogs that are the best summer shoe in my mind.
We have already had our fair share of snow cones this summer and will prob eat 1000,000,000 before ! We will most likely be heading down town again this year to watch the fireworks show and eat our way though the pop corn and corn dog lines. What are some of your favorite Fourth of July treats?

Sweet Love

Hello Loves!
This sweet girl is still on Christmas mode over here and actually woke up this morning looking for her Elf on the Shelf! Poor things just can't quit Christmas. I on the other hand am loving all things Blush, Floral and all the Valentines stuff at Target already lol!

This dress guys! This dress is beyond amazing! The flowers! The cut! The details with the buttons in the back! I'm seriously in love and need it in like every size imaginable so we never run out! Its that good and how perfect is it for Valentines Day! We paired it with these cream tights but it would be so cute with some Black ones or Bubble gum or Rust from June & January .

We never say no to a cute handbag and I got this one for her for Christmas from Forever21! and I got it only for like $6!!! yay for all those holiday sales! Its so cute and I love that it is a big girl purse but the perfect size for her, It just screams Blair Waldorf to me!  Of course bright pink boots and a cute velvet bow are perfect to complete this look, and I just seen Wunderkin Co has tons of velvets in stock so if you have been eyeing them I would suggest running and grabbing them now before they are gone!

Leather Pockets & Ripped Jeans

Hello Loves! & Happy Monday!
We spent ANOTHER weekend in the mountains and i actually got to wear a sweater! Can you believe it! I know so crazy lol, anyways most of the day was spent playing alligator swamp and reading  but it was a nice trip and the fact that it never got above 75 makes that the perfect trip.

I picked up this cute top from Target a few months ago in hopes that it would cool down long enough for kins to wear it and what sold me on it was not only the fact that its black and white stripes ( hello duh!) but the cute leather pocket! super cute and so in love with it! What i didn't notice until now was that in the sleeves there are thumb holes not really my cup of tea but kins loves to play with them lol.
I had been added to a Faceboook group for these jeans and never really paid much attention to them until they released these ripped jeans and had to get them for kins i can't wait to style them again with a pair of black ripped jeans i have for my self and really twin it up with my BFF. And good news! they are going to be restocking them on 9/21 at 8:30 CST!

Flannel Weather

Hello Loves!
Friday we headed out for a family weekend away at South Lake Tahoe, just the 3 of us and it was amazing. Kinsley had the best time and was really just so happy to do anything , but we made sure she had an action packed weekend. Saturday we hit the lake and she had so much fun collecting sea shells and chasing the ducks. It was a little chilly so we didn't stay long but she would have stayed and built sand castles all day if she could.

The weather was so amazing & I didn't want to leave, as we have been having 100 plus days where we live and I have been so ready for weather where you can put on a flannel and leggings and be good to go. Fall is my favorite season and being in California we don't really get much of it..
I found this adorable flannel in the Girls section at Target and had to get to for her the details are to good to pass up. I love the lightning bolt in the black it just adds that pop when tied around the waist. I love a good striped shirt with a red plaid flannel and this one from June & January is one of my faves. This style is their Onyx stupid Ballet top but they just released some long sleeve ballet tops in solids and dots which would be so cute with this as well.

This girl is all about ballerinas right now and i need to seriously sign her up dance class,  she has been loving to wear her hair in a "ballerina bun" as we call it and this day she wanted a princess crown and since we didn't pack hers she settled for a "Cinderella bow" (at last that's what i told her it was to chill out the toddler crazy ) from wunderkind & co who is also releasing their new fall bows this Tuesday Sept 12TH.

Tahoe is always the best & We seriously had the best time this weekend full of gondola rides, dinner with the best cousins, $28 unicorns, zip lines, & just spending time together as a family and can't wait for the next time we can go back!

Wednesday Vibes

Hello & happy Wednesday!
Today started out rushing to school like a crazy person because of construction traffic along the way and I hate feeling rushed and being late it gives me all the anxiety and drives me nuts. We barley made it to school on time and were a few minutes late luckily I wasn't the only one held up by the traffic  and took a different route for pick up

I have been letting this Diva help pick our her outfits or at least have a little bit of a say in what she wears so she can create her own sense of style and today she wanted to wear this gold metallic backpack from Target  and I paired it with these dark grey leggings with tiny Gold metallic dots and a  white tee it looked so cute all tied together esp with the cute bow from Wunderkin & co,

We had such a fun day after school with a lunch date and fun at the Nut Tree with her Papa & she  want to take her back pack along with her for the fun. She is doing amazing with school and its so fun to watch her learn and make new friends & have a little mama time to my self and get things done with out her right under my feet the whole time lol.

Magical Unicorns & Solar Eclipse

This post really has nothing to do the eclipse other than it was today and Kinsley decided to wear her unicorn shirt to school and could careless about he eclipse because she doesn't even know what it is but .... Magical Unicorns she's all about those! We ordered this top from Target for school and ever since it came in the mail she has been wanting to wear it and we are big suckers for anything rainbows and unicorns so pairing this June & January raspberry striped cardi with our new fave shirt was a no brainier its cute its comfy and they will be restocking more cardigans soon!

We are getting lots of love from our new fawn design back pack and kindly loves it too she wanted to add a little Suzy sheep (peppa pig) key chain to it and i think it makes it even cuter plus its a little friend she can bring to school with out actually bringing a million toys with her.

Hope your having a magical unicorn/eclipse Monday!

Kins has inherited my short genes and so finding the right size pants that fit her and aren't too long is hard (get used to it kid)but I had to have these overalls from Zara for her they are so cute and I love the straps , plus they fit her perfectly!!!  I paired it with a June & January crop top in marigold dot and love this look its perfect from transitioning from summer to fall and you can never go wrong with Adidas am I right! She picked these out for school and loves the "mermaid" stripes I'm not telling her its actually snake print cuz girlfriend loves her mermaids.... but I'm so into this look and totally wish could pull off the overalls like she does.

Some where Over the Rainbow

Hello Loves!
The last few weeks have been insane with summer , life and my grandma being sick, I have been ignoring my little blog but this was def blog worthy so here ya go!...
One of my fave movies growing up was the wizard of oz so when I seen this adorable dress at Target I had to have it.

We spent the weekend in Taylorsville and I had all the woodsy vibes with my fave barn door and this dress! And of course Kins loves it just as much as i do it is so soft and comfortable and the details are amazing. We paired it of course with our fave sparkly red bow and she insisted on her fave old navy clogs. I think this dress will be perfect for fall as well with a cute cardi and some red hunter boots or flats .
