Hello Monday: Mother's Day

Hello again. Here we are Monday! Sitting at the Drs office waiting to do lab work and thinking of how fast the weekend came and went. 

Kinsley had a bit of a bug Thursday and Friday so those days were spent cuddling up with my girl and watching Mickey Mouse club house on repeat. Aaron has been in Las Vegas for nearly a month now and it was looking like he wasn't going to be home until today  so Saturday I picked up Landon for our target run of diapers and wipes and everything else I managed to squeeze into my cart  and let him  play with the neighbor kids  for the rest of the afternoon while Kinsley napped.  

I called Aaron  at around 7:30 pm to say good night to Kinsley and he said he was driving from work and that he would call me after he ate and showered  an hour passed by and I thought maybe he fell asleep so I texted him and then a notification popped up on my phone from Facebook that he tagged me in a cute post telling me happy Mother's Day and it said he was in town. My first thought was that he just checked himself in so that people wouldn't think I was home alone on Facebook but then.. I thought about how could he do that from Vegas and I texted him " are you home " and then ..... 

I heard the garage door open! I jumped up and ran and gave him the biggest hug! He said he wanted to surprise me for Mother's Day and I def was. 

 

Sunday was spent with breakfast and this diva insisting on wearing ALL of the necklaces then we headed out so hubby could get a hair cut and took my grandma her present and had lunch with the bestie. Then we had to get him new work boots and do a Costco run and it was home to relax and bbq. 

The best Bree grilled cheese on earth . 

Now it's 7:25 on Monday morning and my allergies are killing me already and I'm still waiting to do my labs. Listing to this lady talk on her cell phone to someone in oaklahoma for an hour and I'm sure the whole waiting room is as happy with her as Iam.

Hello Monday

What a crazy weekend we had and I'm so sad it's over but even more excited that Aaron is finally home! Even if it only for a week or so I'm just so happy to have him back and Kinsley has not let him out of her site since she woke up and seen him Saturday morning . 

We had a crazy weekend full of bbq's with the bestie and Sunday at Aaron's dads house where we ate way to much pizza and chalked everything in site. 

And now it's Monday and easter is coming up faster than I can say little bunny foo foo! We have eggs to fill and a couch to buy before Sunday rolls around again and try to take advantage of every minute we can with our hubbs/dada

Hello monday

We are going on 15 days with no Aaron and boy are we missing him like crazy!  There has been a lot of phone calls and face time but it's still not the same we can't wait for him to come home! 

Friday we had lunch for my grandmas birthday and a quick play date with cousin Liam 

The weekend was spent with play dates at the park , spring cleaning and a few little tantrums 

So here we are Monday another week  and another day and this cutie

Hello Monday .

Hello loves and hello to another Monday and a new month. we had a great weekend over here and am looking forward to this new month with lots of fun stuff planned and it's getting closer to March. 

Friday was a rainy day and kinsie & I had a ton to do so we headed out to the stores to spend our old navy bucks and gap cash (online) and to load up on supplies for the Super Bowl. The boys came home a few hours early from work due to rain so we headed out to the buffet at one of the casinos and they could place their bets for the big game and the rest of the night was pretty low key.

Saturday morning Kinsley woke up before the sun so we let her daddy sleep in a little then we headed out to this get little cafe baby stacks and had a delish breakfast 

Then headed out to the valley of fire...

On the way home we got some late lunch stake and lobster for $9.99!!!I'll take two please!

Sunday was full of food and football like everyone else in the world and no nap Kinsley was in full force bed time could not come soon enough.. 

Hope you all had a great weekend!  Hubby is going to ride dirt bikes this weekend so me and kins will have a girls day with a few secret Valentine's Day things planned.

Hello Monday

Hello Monday .. Again you are like a bad boyfriend that won't stop stalking me.. But as much as I hate to see you come back it means we are another week down and another closer to coming home. 

Friday was spent the usual way target , the ups store and no nap for Kinsley making it a long day but we were so happy to have a little family time before bed. 

 Saturday morning we got up bright and early and set out for some more adventures in Las Vegas we went to checkout the Red Rock Canyon national park and let me just say the pictures will never do it justice! It looks like your in a painting ...

We also hit up Bonnie springs an "old western" town right by red rock and it was such a cute little place... They had shows with Cowboys and a train to ride, little buildings and a saloon set up like the old west ... & a petting zoo... 

Half pig .. Half rabbit say what ???

I was so excited for kins to see all the animals until we walked further into the petting zoo where some of them were out roaming round ... Now don't get me wrong I'm all for animal rights and not caging them up  but .. My anxiety was at a max and Kinsley was not impressed ... 

Esp when Bambi tried to eat her doll.. She quickly kicked it in the face and I ran out of there and had enough of the super friendly forest creatures.

Sunday was spent with low carbs and football not the best sunday ive ever had hence the low carb eating but I got to snuggle with my best girl and that's a win in my book.

Hello Monday

Hello love I hope you all had a great weekend. My little miss Kinsley has another cold so we have been laying low this week trying to rest up and kick this cold in the Butt for good so my weekend was pretty uneventful minus a trip to target to get diapers and finding a Taco Bell, so much for my eating healthy but I did manage to workout twice this week.

Saturday and Sunday was mostly football playoffs and boogie wipes. 

Sunday started off with church online while my sickie watched Mickey Mouse then I finally got to get out of the house for a little shopping we hot up the las vegas premium outlets and then nordstrom rack and I'm so glad we did because they were having their clear the rack sale with an extra 25% off clearance!

Hopefully Kinsley will feel better soon because we are planning a trip to the Hoover dam next weekend and honestly I'm so tired of snotty noses.

Hello Monday

Hello again from lets throw all our breakfast on the floor toddler land ... Only one more sleep untill we are off to the happiest place on earth and there's so much to do. Kinsley is mostly packed but there's everything else  that needs to be done so let's get to it shall we...

Friday was spent waiting all day for the plumbers and the carpet cleaners to come and naturally someone wouldn't take a nap while we waited so we played with out new kilp Klop stables thanks to  our sweet friends and Kinsley thought she could ride it like a horse too.  Once the work was done on the rental house we packed our stuff and headed to the ups store and of course she fell asleep right when I pulled out of the driveway so we wandered throu Ross and target and the headed home to walk all over wet carpets. 

Saturday Aaron had to work so we spent the morning doing last minute shopping and then had lunch at Chevys  

Later that night we met up with my cousins who were down from Utah and had dinner it was so great to catch up with them. The next morning we went to do our grocery shopping and took a nap while football was on then took a drive to the Ethel's chocolate factory and cactus gardens I was wishing Landon was there to see the chocolate factory I know he would have loved it 

After that we headed to the Las Vegas Speedway to check out the Christmas lights it was so pretty and so much fun The perfect Way to get in the Christmas  Spirit Kinsley love seeing all the pretty lights. 

And here we are Monday with lots of packing to do for our trip to see Mickey Mouse it will either go so perfect and Kinsley will love it or she she be a complete monster ... Lol
