What you'll need:
2 large packages of instant chocolate pudding *make sure it's instant and not cook and serve*
1 stick of butter
2 tsp of sugar
2 cups of milk
I qt chocolate ice cream
Cool whip
68 ritz crackers
Directions:
To make crust...In a bowl smash ritz crackers and ad sugar and mix with I cube of melted butter . Pour into pan for crust and save about a couple hand fulls of cracker mix for topping. I have also used gram cracker crust and it was good too.
In another mixing bowl pour two packs of pudding and mix with 2 cups of milk ... Add one quart of chocolate ice cream * I always put mine in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften it up so its easier to mix with pudding* once ice cream is all mixed with pudding pour into cracker crust and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours
Once chilled for two hours top with cool whip and remaining cracker crumbs and enjoy!
Always keep leftovers refrigerated because there is ice cream it will melt and get yucky.. Also only add 2 cups of milk because if you follow the instructions for the pudding it will not turn out right I have made this mistake and the mistake of using cook and serve pudding lol it comes out like a hot mess and def not bomb dot com...
