Saturday was my second year doing the dirty girl mud run to fight breast and ovarian cancer and it was the most beautiful day to do it. I went with a big group of friends and had such a great time getting down and dirty with my friends and I'm not one who liked to get dirty but it was for a great cause. It was a 5 k run with lots of muddy dirty obstacles running , climbing and practically swimming in mud.
it was also this beautiful girl's golden birthday 22 on the 22nd so you know we had to celebrate
You better believe the first place I went after was the "shower/ hose off" area which was just as dirty and muddy as the track
They had a lot of vender's and merchandise booths but my favorite was the Paul Mitchell booth where they brushed & braided your hair for free :)
After we all went to the Rio cafe in old Sacramento for lunch and bottomless mimosas .. (Water for me)
It was such a great time and great to have a day with my girls but I couldn't wait to get home to my beautiful baby kins ❤️
